暁椛の著作物の利用に関するガイドライン

毎度毎度 note の記事に規約を書くのも面倒ゆえ，ここに私の著作物 (曲，文章，数学の問題) を使うときのルールについてまとめておきたいと思う．私の作ったものを使う人がいるとも思えないが．

• ここでいう「著作物」とは，暁椛が投稿した楽曲，文章，数学の問題，画像，動画を指す．

• 使用する場面で「暁椛」の名前と Twitter (現 X) ID「@kyoka20011218」を記載すること．

• YouTube 上で利用する場合は，Twitter ID と併せて YouTube のチャンネル ID「@KyokaMusicRoom」も併記すること．

• 自作発言や二次配布をしないこと．

• 暁椛の著作物の利用によって生じた如何なる損害に対しても暁椛は一切の責任を負わず，その責任は利用者に帰属するものとする．

• 編曲作品の利用時は原作者の二次創作ガイドラインにも従うこと．

私の作った曲なり数学の問題なり楽譜なりは，以上の 6 点を了承してさえくれれば好きなように使ってもらって構わない．(ただし個別にこれとは異なる条件を付ける場合もあるかもしれないので，その時はその個別につけた条件の方を優先する．)

したがって，弾こうが，MADの肥やしにしようが，リアレンジしようが，き○たまをダイナミックに揺らしながら踊ろうが，何かのBGMに使おうが，YouTubeで問題の解説動画を作ろうが，一向に構わない．BGMを使った作品を販売するなり広告を貼るなりして稼いでも良い．使うときに何かひとことあると観に行けてうれしいが，別に報告義務もない．私の名前とIDを書いて，自作発言や無断販売はせず，自己責任の範疇で楽しむ分には何をしても自由だ．

Guideline for Using My Copyrighted Material

Observe the following points when you use my copyrighted works  (musical pieces, articles, mathematical problems, pictures, movies, and so forth; hereinafter, referred to as “my works”).

• Specify my name, kyoka, and my Twitter (now, X) ID, i.e., @kyoka20011218, when you use my works.

• Specify, too, my YouTube ID, viz., @KyokaMusicRoom, when you use my works on YouTube.

• You may not plagiarize my works, present my works as your own, and sell my works without my permission.

• I will never take any responsibility for anything that happens to you due to using my works, and the responsibility shall be allocated to you.

• In the case of use of other copyright holders’ pieces I arranged, you must obey not just the guideline here but one they have determined as well.

Ultimately, you may, as you will, use my works (e.g., play my pieces, solve my mathematical problems, arrange my pieces, quate my articles, etc.), as long as you observes five conditions above. (Note that some works can be differently conditioned and their condition is given priority over four conditions above.)

Consequently, you can play my pieces, arrange my pieces, quote my articles, solve my mathematical problems, make my pieces component of MAD, use my pieces as BGM, dance to my pieces while brandishing your testicles, expound my mathematical problems on YouTube, and so on; furthermore, you may earn money by selling your work in which my works are used or distributing one with ads. I would be grateful if you would report the use to me, but you do not have to do so.
